Natasha – That December, we spent a few days at the Dysingers house after Christmas on the way to the GYC conference in Orlando (not exactly on the way, I know). On the morning that we were packing up to head down to Orlando, Paul told me he wanted to take me on a walk. He took me back down to the dock and talked to me for a while, ending by asking if I would allow him to court me.
I was surprised again (starting to see a pattern here? đ because I didnât expect our relationship to move beyond friendship for quite a while longer. But I was happy and very honored, and thus our courtship began. He gave me a âChristmas bouquetâ and an amaryllis afterwards, the first of which is dried on display and the second of which blooms during the spring in my room.
